Decodo is a proxy and web data collection provider offering residential, mobile, datacenter, and ISP proxies alongside ready-made scraping APIs. The company launched in 2018 as Smartproxy and rebranded to Decodo in 2025, keeping the same infrastructure and customer accounts.
