WPForms is a drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress covering contact forms, surveys, payment forms, and multi-step flows without any code. It was launched in 2016 by Syed Balkhi and Jared Atchison and sits inside the Awesome Motive family alongside OptinMonster, MonsterInsights, and All in One SEO. It is one of the most installed plugins on WordPress.org.

There is a free version, WPForms Lite, with basic contact forms. Paid licences run from roughly $99.50 per year for Plus, through $199.50 for Pro, up to about $299.50 for Elite, unlocking payment integrations, conditional logic, and marketing connections.

The affiliate program pays a flat 20% commission per sale. Because licences are priced high, that translates to roughly $20 on a Plus plan, $40 on Pro, and $60 on Elite — solid per-conversion value for a plugin recommendation. One condition to note: the referral must keep their account active for at least 37 days before the commission is confirmed.

The program runs on ShareASale with a 30-day cookie. Payouts are monthly on Net-20 terms once you clear the $50 minimum, paid by cheque or ACH direct deposit.
